BioBullfrog Creatives.
A small company filled with youthful optimism and good design.
We are two New York City natives, artists, and craftspeople with a small studio in Brooklyn. We want to change that to a large studio out of the city soon. We are both influenced by the natural world around us.
Cameron Stern is a stagehand turned glass artist who likes to think of lampworking as an alchemy of sorts. His work is intensely varied: from delicate to chunky to simple to tendrilly rings, to pendants that are always completely one of a kind, to frozen universes contained in marbles and small sculptures.
Rebecca Walker Stern is a Pratt Institute graduate, and the proud recipient of a BFA in Sculpture/Jewelry. Her designs encompass The Earth, and all the things that surround it. Rebecca has a love for topography and geographical formations. This is present in much of her work.
Rebecca loves to melt metal in her crucible and pour it into or onto things. She has an improvisational way of working in the studio, and her energy and inspiration can be seen in her work.
Together they are a happily married couple and founders of Bullfrog Creatives LLC. Bullfrog Studios is the name of our gallery in the real world once we have enough to open that up, but until then, we have our studio and an online presence here, on facebook, on Etsy, and on Bullfrogcreatives.com.
